This year marks around my 9th year photographing Santa sessions, and it’s honestly one of my favorite parts of every holiday season. Over the years, I’ve watched tiny babies return as excited toddlers, then come back as big kids proudly telling Santa what’s on their Christmas list. Even my own 16 year old is still carrying on this tradition 😉 Some families have been visiting Santa with me for years, and getting to be a small part of those memories is something I never take for granted.

I’ve always believed Santa photos should feel more like an experience than just checking something off your holiday to-do list.

When your family arrives, we take a few moments to let little ones warm up, chat with Santa, and enjoy the magic. Whether your child runs straight into Santa’s arms or prefers to admire him from a safe distance, every reaction tells part of your family’s Christmas story.

My goal has never been to create perfectly posed photos. It’s to preserve the excitement, curiosity, wonder, and even the shy moments that make this season so memorable.

This year, you’ll have the option to choose between two beautifully designed Santa sets. Cozy up in The Night Before Christmas bedroom, where little ones can snuggle in bed with Santa as he reads a story and shares the magic of Christmas Eve, or choose our timeless Traditional Santa setup for those classic portraits you’ll treasure for years to come. Each family will select one set, allowing us to create a relaxed, personalized experience while capturing genuine moments with Santa.

Booking with a Nashville Santa photographer means timeless holiday photos without the chaos of mall lines.

Are there refunds?

Santa session bookings are non-refundable.

While tears can happen, I’ll do everything I can to capture images you’ll love. If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your session to another family.

How many outfits can we wear?

One outfit per child. Sessions are short and designed to keep things stress-free and on schedule.

Can we take a family photo without Santa?

All photos with the basic Santa Session include Santa. You are able to upgrade your session to include family only.

Can we combine sessions with cousins or friends?

Santa sessions are for immediate family only.

If you’d like a photo with cousins, friends, or another family, you’ll need to book two sessions back to back.

If you have more than four children and want individual images of each, booking two slots is also recommended to give us enough time.

What if we’re sick and can’t come?

Unfortunately, because Santa sessions are limited and sell out quickly, we can’t offer full refunds or reschedules for illness. Please fill free to gift your session to someone.

Can we switch to a different Santa day if something comes up?

Unfortunately, session dates are locked in and cannot be swapped.
Santa keeps a tight schedule, and I carefully time sessions to stay on track.—so we’re unable to accommodate day or time changes once your spot is reserved.

Where is your studio located?

The studio is in Smyrna, TN. Full address and directions will be sent in your prep email once you’re booked. Please allow time for parking and arriving a few minutes early.

Can we arrive early to change or feed baby?

Yes! You’re welcome to arrive 5–10 minutes early if you need to get your child dressed or settle them in. We do stay on a tight schedule, so please be dressed and ready by your session time.
