It’s that time of year again—and I’m thrilled to announce the return of our Santa mini sessions in Smyrna, TN, now in their ninth season at Rylan’s Riches Photography.
These aren’t your mall Santa photos. I designed these sessions to be magical, easy, and filled with the kind of joy and connection that makes this season so special. Whether it’s your first time visiting or a beloved family tradition, you’ll walk away with timeless images and beautiful memories.

We’re bringing back classic studio lighting, giving me full control to create warm, consistent, and polished holiday portraits—no matter what time your session is. Think rich tones, timeless glow, and that “straight out of a holiday catalog” feel. You’re going to love it.
What’s Included in Your Mini Session
- A private, 10-minute session with Santa (immediate family only)
- Your choice of 3 hand-edited digital images with full printing rights
- Option to purchase additional images or upgrade to the full gallery
- I deliver your gallery within 2 weeks.
- Need photos fast? I offer rush delivery within 48 hours
- I include holiday coloring pages and a cozy refreshment station.

Over the last nine years, as a Nashville Santa Photographer, I’ve watched so many little ones grow up through these sessions—some of the babies from Year One are now tweens telling Santa about middle school. It’s one of my favorite parts of what I do.
As a mom of four, I know how overwhelming the holidays can be. These Santa sessions are designed to give you a moment of peace and magic—a cozy memory in the middle of the seasonal chaos.

Booking with a Nashville Santa photographer means timeless holiday photos without the chaos of mall lines.
Are there refunds?
Santa session bookings are non-refundable.
While tears can happen, I’ll do everything I can to capture images you’ll love. If you’re unable to attend, your session can be transferred to another family or credited $195 toward a future session (excluding Santa sessions).
How many outfits can we wear?
One outfit per child, please. Sessions are short and designed to keep things stress-free and on schedule.
Can we take a family photo without Santa?
All photos will include Santa.
If your child is shy, I’ll start with a few photos of them solo to help them warm up before Santa enters the set.
Families are more than welcome to jump in for a photo with Santa—those moments are always so special!
If you’d like images without Santa, please reach out to book a separate family session.
Can we combine sessions with cousins or friends?
Santa sessions are for immediate family only.
If you’d like a photo with cousins, friends, or another family, you’ll need to book two sessions back to back.
If you have more than four children and want individual images of each, booking two slots is also recommended to give us enough time.
What if we’re sick and can’t come?
If your child is sick, please tell us as soon as possible so I can apply a $195 credit toward a future session (not including Santa). Unfortunately, because Santa sessions are limited and sell out quickly, we can’t offer full refunds or reschedules for illness.
Can we switch to a different Santa day if something comes up?
Unfortunately, session dates are locked in and cannot be swapped.
Santa keeps a tight schedule, and I carefully time sessions to stay on track.—so we’re unable to accommodate day or time changes once your spot is reserved.
Where is your studio located?
The studio is in Smyrna, TN. Full address and directions will be sent in your prep email once you’re booked. Please allow time for parking and arriving a few minutes early.
Can we arrive early to change or feed baby?
Yes! You’re welcome to arrive 5–10 minutes early if you need to get your child dressed or settle them in. We do stay on a tight schedule, so please be dressed and ready by your session time.
